Ok. So my Galaxy s4 just got lollipop and kept hearing about the notifications. On and on. Thing is, not that I have them I thought everytime you got a notification it would show up at top the screen go away... and be in the drop down menu when is pulled down. As of right now it's just on the pull down, which is fine... But was I wrong to think different?
