Nothing for me yet - I'm considering side-loading.

OTA roll outs are not region specific in any way... either wait up to 4 weeks from release of the OTA, sideload the OTA, or preferably just flash the factory images.

Nope, not for Nexus devices... Never has been to my knowledge.
