Lollipop Ringtone delay?

Hey anyone know how to get rid of the delay on ringtone when someone is calling? I've got a friend setup with a personal ringtone that's a 4 second sound file and the 2 or 3 second delay between it replaying is stupid and annoying....

I take it you are running into the increasing ringtone "feature" This was in earlier versions, but it does seem to start with just vibrate now. Download and install the app "Disable Increasing Ring". My ringtone "Crank" is similarly negated by the "feature", and this fixed it for me.
