Lollipop ruined my brand new Nexus 10 Lollipop!

Hello I just updated my brand new just opened Nexus 10 to lollipop and now the battery is now stuck at 0% and I have to keep it plugged in to stay on, before lollipop the battery was at 100% and it didn't need to be plugged in. How do I fix this, it wont let me update to 5.01 because the battery is too low.

Also when I'm in recovery mode it lets me keep it on even without the cable so I know its a lollipop issue.

Try selecting factory reset from recovery and see if that fixes the problem. Since its brand new, just opened, you shouldn't have much data or settings to worry about.

If that doesn't fix it contact the retailer for a replacement.
