Lollipop update from Verizon

The only issue I have is that Power sharing keeps popping up on my phone. I factory reset the phone 3x still no luck. Also once in the blue moon dock connected pops up. Verizon said it's a software issue nothing they can do about it. I used a air dust can to clean the charging port still no luck

My Samsung note for updating crashed my phone Verizon store did a factory reset wouldn't even turn back on. They Ordered me a new phone I had it two weeks now. I turned on the Verizon security and protect crashed my phone. D to do A factory reset again. Phone keeps crashing will take it back tomorrow they will probably have to send me another phone. I hope this time it does not come updated. Had no problems with my phone before this update.

I keep my son really clean. Minimal downloads. It's a work phone. Very inconvenient
