Edit: Droid-life is confirming it. Verizon Lollipop is live

Mine just updated and restarted. Then the phone told me the second part of my update will be available soon. I'm still running 4.4.4. Strange........

debating whether or not i should update. i've been hearing mixed reviews about lollipop...mostly regarding the battery life

Hit the system update after the first update reboots the phone. I did and now downloading Lollipop.

Try a reset. Mine said it was unavailable. I connected it to Kies, tried the manual way again and then download 2 worked

I got a separate message saying hangouts needed an google services update so i thought that app was the culprit. I disabled it but it still pops up constantly

Edit: a g.p. services update just popped up that wasn't there before. I'll see if it addresses the problem.

Edit 2: Haven't seen the error since. They probably just released 5.0 before the G.P. update and there was a conflict between the two. Facebook automatically updated after the G.P. update, so that may have been the app that caused the trouble.
