By "standard" do you mean the Google Play version? If so, yes. Android 5.0 Lollipop rolling out to the LG G Pad 8.3 Google Play edition | Android Central

I think he means exactly not the GPE, but the normal one. Unfortunately, I think, that LG will only provide it for the Korean markets...
