Long download times?

For the last couple of days when I try to download an app from the market it seems to take forever to start the download. Right now I'm trying to download a live wallpaper, and it's been saying starting download for 10 minutes and nothing has downloaded? I'm on a unrooted Evo have a strong 4G signal. Anyone else experiencing this or know what's causing it?

I had the same thing happen when trying to download Fandango. It took forever, so I stopped it. It isn't just you.
