It's finally here! Picked it up off eBay (never-msrp) last week and had it delivered today. This is the Prism Green 8GB/128GB S10+ (G975F/DS) dual sim model. Seems to be a Latin American version as the startup screen was in Spanish.

Some intial notes:
1. Notification light: Not present and there is no option related to it available - you cannot use the LED ring around the camera as a notification indicator. I'd read that some random Samsung exec had mentioned this would be available in a future update, but I wouldn't put much stock in that. I hope it does happen but wouldn't count on it.
2. The Prism Green is more of a turquoise colour (IMHO)! Under certain lighting conditions, it can seem more blue than green.
3. The display!!! IMO, the best on the market so far.
4. The camera cutout is easily forgotten when interacting with the display, unlike the Google Pixel 3 notch!
5. It is a much easier phone to handle than the Note 9 (which I currently have).
6. It comes with OneUI v1.1 - I can't see any difference between it and v1.0(on my Note 9) but will continue looking.

There’s just no way phones would be released more than two weeks early, unless it was a review unit. This one is probably a fake. I hope the OP didn’t get duped.

Do you mean the phone? Yes, it is. I bought it from a reliable eBay seller that I've purchased from before. I've also registered the phone with Samsung, so it seems pretty legit!

Agree you got to be careful buying from eBay but there are many reputable sellers as well and as long as you are buying from trusted sellers you should be fine. Personally, not going to buy the exynos model anyway when snapdragon model in the US crushes the exynos model in every way.

So, the phone is registered with Samsung and has also received the first OTA update. Also, all of Samsung's secret codes work on the phone. If it is a fake, it's built and works exactly like the S10+.

BTW, as mentioned, this is an international model from Panama. I'm assuming that the seller got a hold of these through their connections.

You are good dude, this happens every year and always international models from some country are available from eBay pretty early. And NEVER-MSRP is a reputed seller on eBay and on top of that you registered from Samsung got official updates.

You don't have to prove anything to anyone. Congrats on the phone and enjoy

It does, except I'm not very impressed with the in-display fingerprint reader. It takes some getting used to but is still not accurate or fast. Maybe the accuracy will improve as I get more used to it...

I got the first software update which was supposed to improve it, but it hasn't done so significantly. I still find the accuracy lacking and hope it improves with more updates/

And yeah the front camera are much nicer designed than the Pixel 3 notch... Which is a disaster.
