Looking for a good phone with above average accessibility features

Hello

My girlfriend is blind and has a S9 that we have had the utmost horrible experience with the accessibility features. Can anyone suggest perhaps a different phone, or maybe it is an Android issue all together?

It's a cllphone issue - Android or iOS. There's no JAWS for cellphones. Accessibility is for people with poor vision, not for people with no vision. If she needs a cellphone for emergencies and to answer calls, I suggest a full-screen direct-call widget for 911 (or 112 if you're in Europe) (just add it, set it to call the police [which you;ll have to add to Contacts] then expand it to fill the entire screen.) For incoming calls, you can probably find an "answer" widget which you can do the same thing to - expand it to fill another entire screen.
