Looking for a good Vibrate App/Widget.........

Having owned the HTC 4G for a month now I desperately need a good vibrate ringer app or widget. The stock vibrate function on the HTC is average at best and has no customization.

I work around a lot of loud equipment all day and carry the HTC in my pocket and I can't hear the ringer or feel the vibration at all. Need a GOOD no brainier app that can help me can a good vibration.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.......thx.

Very interested in an app that can give notifications longer and/or pulsed vibrate options.

I see them for incoming calls, but not for email/text receipt.
