Looking for a material responsive wallpaper app

I saw someone that had a material wallpaper and when he slipped to the next page the wallpaper would change and move. If anyone knows the app please tell me.

Welcome to Android Central! It was probably Minima Live Wallpaper, which is awesome. The free version is decent, but the paid version is well worth it, since there are so many different wallpapers to choose from.
