looking for a password safe/manager.

I am trying to decide which password safe/manager to load onto my Galaxy 4. I would like it to be easy to use and have the ability to backup and access on my windows desktop (and in cloud?) just in case something bad should happen to my phone. Keypass? Lastpass? IO Safe? TIA.

As longtime user of KeePass on PC I favor KeePass Android
The password file is on my network drive for syncing between phone and PC.
