Looking for a Video Player that buffers the entire video and lets you watch it easily, if you click on a video in your browser, it should play it, buffer it using your internet connection and you should be able to move back and foward the video without having to wait a second as the video is fully buffered by the app.
I use an android app "MX Player" that has similar uses, but I want something that fully buffers the video. Im not talking about Youtube videos, im talking about the videos that you open in your browser.

The trick is to find a video player that integrates with your browser. I don't know of any phone apps like this, but I have not specifically looked for any either.

Normally, the web page is using a video player object of its choosing. For news-type pages, waiting for the full video to download is not what the usual user wants, thus the page sets up the video object to do a minimal amount of buffering.
