Looking for App Like webOS Memory Upgrade

I am looking for an app like Memory Upgrade on webOS. This is an on-phone database app that allowed you to enter random factoids with any key words you choose, and you can then search the app by either keyword or full text. Anything like this for Android?

Wouldn't something like Evernote do that?
