Looking for App to manage when wi-fi and other apps automatically turn on and off or do other tasks

I was reading through a bunch of posts made in November and came across one that mentioned an app that allows you to manage when your wi-fi will turn on or off based on an event... task scehduler so to speak. I can't remember the name of the app and lost the page I had found it on. I have searched the market and am not finding the one that was mentioned. Does anyone know the app name for this?
