Looking for Bluetooth controller

I use my Note to run meetings. One thing I would like to find if out there is wireless bluetooth controller I can use to scroll the page up and down without touching the screen. It would have to be something hand held and not like a mouse that needs to be on a surface to work. Any ideas?
