Looking for incomplete downloads

Anyone know why I keep getting this notification from YouTube?

I just started getting it yesterday after I signed up for my 4 free months of YT Premium.

I've had YouTube premium for about a year now, must be related to premium somehow.

Not sure what's the harm since it's probably trying to see if it can download some recommended content for faster access. May be uncheck in download settings to see if that helps?
