Looking for streaming app that uses the front and back cameras simultaneously

I would like to stream to twitch on my phone using both cameras simultaneously. I would like back camera as full screen and front camera as an overlay in corner like picture in picture. I can find apps to record like this, but not live stream. Streamlabs will do overlay, but same camera only.

The first question I have is: does your phone let you use both cameras at the same time?
