Looking for V10L_00KDZ download

My husband bricked his phone when trying to do a software update it said that it would take ten minutes for the installation but after bout 2 minutes the phone turned off and went into reboot but didnt fully reboot it went to Emergency Mode!! yellow screen i have been doin some searching around and it seems that i need to flash it with the stock kdz rom....correct? but i cant find a download for the V10L_00.kdz version...help!!!!! please and thank yous!!!

i know that the V10L is not the stock version it is the updated so even if there is the original V10h i would be happy with that... any help and insight would also be welcomed and appreciated...

You can find the stock KDZ at the site I posted at the bottom. It has every thing you need to retrun your phone back to stock. Just download it to your PC unzip it run the KDZ_FW_UPD have you phone pluged in then in the KDZ Updater browse to V10L_00.kdz file and then launch the software updater. It should take about 5 min to complete.

i dont think it worked not sure what happened got this error box: Upgrade Error WParam:100 LParam: 6
any idea what this means?

I have used this method and it worked great for me. So give these steps a try.

The steps I used are Double click on the KDZ updater next leave all settings at their default.

Next plug phone in USB and set to debugging

Next where it says KDZ file click the browse folder and click on the V10L_00.kdz file and click open.

Next click Launch software updater and wait.


It took mine about 4 min to finish.



DO NOT!!!!! click on read phone information that is not needed to update your software.

Let me know how it went and if that does not work tell me the exact steps you did.

how do i put the phone into debugging mode if it is bricked?

You should be able to use the LG utility in emergency mode to re-flash the phone.
Debugging mode is for connecting to the phone when it works correctly from a PC using adb tools.

Did someone help you get the file you were looking for? I'm in the same dilemma here. I downloaded the KDZ but without the V10L_00.kdz file. Will you be kind enough to share this file? I think this is the only file that's keeping me from unbricking my Optimus V. each time I run the KDZ program it's asking for a certain file and it was not included in the original download I got from the forum.
