looking for wired earbuds with extra fin for good fit

I must have super odd shaped ears and ear holes because regular buds with those gel tips just won't stay in. They all pop right out. I need a set of wired earbuds where they have that extra little fin or loop that helps wedge the ear bud in the ear for good fit. Any recommendations? I really want wired so I can use with JetBlue and Delta inflight entertainment but also want noise cancelling for the loud engines.
