Loose charging cable

I've had my nexus 5x for 2 weeks and I'm having trouble with charging. Where it plugs into the phone is very loose. I only have to touch the lead and it fulls out. I plug it in and when I look at it the leads worked itself loose.

I thought that too when I first got my 5X. Are SURE you have it inserted all the way? I didn't insert it all the way on the first day and it kept falling out....

I've pushed it in really hard and it still falls out. Also tried swapping the lead round the other way with no joy.

Uh, I wouldn't push any electronic plug in "really hard." Gently and firmly is best--otherwise you run the risk of mashing the electronic connectors....

I'd have someone else give it a [gentle] go. If it falls out for them too, then swap it out.
