Loose headphone jack

My headphone jack does not have any "holding" of a plugged headphone cable. There is no click or snap feeling when plugging in, and the cable will pull out of the jack with almost no force.

Anyone else having a similar experience?

Someone else had this issue and they found out they did not push the plug in enough. Also make sure the case is not blocking it if you are using one.

Yeah I get a slight click when I plug in my Samsung headphones ....It might be a case blocking it or defect....I'm using the VRS High ProShield currently
