Loose Home Button

After little more than a week of gentle use, the home button on my white, 64G S6 has become lose. It makes a soft, plasticy clacking noise when a finger is placed on it, as when unlocking with fingerprint. It even rattles a little when the phone is shaken.

I don't think a $750+ phone should rattle, so I'm taking it back and getting it replaced today.

Anyone else seen this issue?

customer services do not change it for me or repair it...they say its normal :/
I hate samsung
