loosing battery when tablet is powered off

I contacted the guy who is into this stuff reparing and that he told me that the battery turns off the tablet.Well I'm not so sure, although this didn't happen with old battery.
Naaah tablet are fixable, the only thing is to find out the damage.
Sorin could do that, why should I buy new one if this can be repaired.
Obviously if I had money would buy new one...ofc I'd.

This is common defect of Samsung tablet, the fix is easy but requires technical skill to solder. Most technicians have no knowledge of this issue, just change a new battery but the new one and old one have the same issue of loose connection.
Read this post to understand the problem:

As long as battery connectors get fixed, your tablet can run until the mainboard is dead. I have fixed hundreds of them so I am really confident how to fix this issue.
If you don't understand the root cause of problem, anything else is just an uneducated guess.

Ok Sir,what can I do,to repair this?

Hey Beut. I found your help, along with some others here, very useful. After a few years of my Note 2014 sitting in a corner (after I switched out the charging plug and battery to no effect) it seems to be charging again. It is however charging slowly in my opinion and I'm not sure if it's a charger or cable or bad soldering job on my part. I bought a USB voltage meter as you had mentioned and it seems that it pulls about 0.8A when screen is off and about 1.7A when screen is on. It is about 5.4V either screen on or off. Can you tell me if this is normal behavior and amperage when screen is off? Thank you for your help.
