Loosing my mind here

Sodev, I tried your method first and it said the files were bad and it wouldnt load it, so I tried the other guys method, when I did it said something about an older version then it went into this security warning thing in pink letters on top. I cant do anything in boot menu everything I click it just takes me back to same damn screen
