Lost 4G connection when trying to add wifi network, how can I get it back?

Lost 4G connection when trying yo add wifi network

On a mini vacation and couldn't connect to Motel wifi, so we cut 4G off on phone and tried again. Now we can't connect to either wifi, nor 4G. Had an exclamation mark beside both. We powered phone off. Tried powering both net, network off then on. Still don't work.
