Lost A&T OTA Download

So I got prompted to download the 4.4.3 update OTA on my rooted and unlocked N5. I hit the button, did the download and was prompted to reboot and install. I turned my head for a moment and wound up in the Team Recovery manager. Any idea what to do from here?

Going back into Android, check now says I am up to date but I am still at 4.4.2.

This happened to me once but it was due to Franco kernel, your only option is to sideload the update using the scenario's here.

Which I think would be to download the OTA zip then flash the zip using team recovery manager

You'd need to revert to the stock recovery otherwise..
