Lost all my step history in the watch

My history says 0 steps for the past weeks. I can only see the past 3 days. The phone has all my history though. How can I fix this?

Mine too. Happened last week, not sure why but I think It happened after I updated s health.

Hi, faced same problem here. Shows all zeroes in history. Tried to reset watch - no go. Steps are counted , S Health records but Gear S2 shows 0

This happened to me too. I only had the watch for 17 days (3 days past the return policy) when this happened and all the history went to zeros. I contacted Samsung and they told me there was no way to recover the information and they didnt have any reassurance that it wouldn't happen again. Has anyone heard of a fix or any word that they wont do it again?

I am currently experiencing this. I don't have ANY steps history, only the current day is recorded. Previous days are shown as bars in the chart but i see zero steps and km below. Samsung told me that this is how it was supposed to be (???) and I can only see the step history in S Health...
