Lost all my WiFi passwords

My phone was acting buggy last night so I gave it a reboot. Didn't notice the phone didn't actually reboot for a couple minutes. When I picked up the phone the screen was black but I got a vibration from the power button when I pressed it.

I ended up holding the power button down for what seemed like an eternity until the "powered by Google" screen showed up.

When the phone actually started I had to sign back into my home WiFi. Now I'm at work and it's asking for that password. If I lost all WiFi passwords this is going to be miserable.

I power off my phone when I go to bed. I reboot every morning and I've never had that problem. Even when I do a factory reset my WiFi passwords are still there. I'm assuming they're restored from the Cloud.

I suppose I would reboot some more and see if the problem is hardware. I do a factory restore twice a year, more or less, just to clean out the cobwebs.
