Lost Battery and data usage apps from home page

I reset my phone to factory settings due to issues I was having. When I bought this, there was a battery meter that showed battery usage and which apps were using the battery along with a data usage app. I can see data usage from settings, but I had a link on my home page directly to it, which is lost. Anyone know how I can get these back?

To clarify, these were basically shortcuts on the home screen to data usage and battery in the settings menus

Sorry to waste everyone's time. I found it in the widgets, select the settings widget and it gives you a list of settings shortcuts to place on the home screen.
