hello guys,

I lost my gear s2 watch two days ago.

If someone finds it, it can be can synchronized via wifi with the phone, the email and other apps data will show up in the watch. how do I completely disconnect my phone from the watch so it stops receiving my phone data

Anyone correct me if I'm wrong. I'm new to smart watches. But I believe the gear app has a lost/recover section where you can FDR it.

Your are correct. Under the Find My Gear section of Gear Manager you can lock the screen and lock reactivation. Also if you have the 3G model you should enter *73 in your phone app to disable call forwarding. Also turn off notifications, and Gear Connection in the Gear Manager. Under Bluetooth unpair the device. This should stop just about everything from going to the watch.
