It should be with your other widgets. Just long press on the screen > apps and widgets > then select the clock/weather widget.

I have had my Galaxy S6 for a week and my clock and weather from the top of the screen disappeared. Thanks to the member who said to
look in widgets. I found it there and restored it. Sure helps to have a place to get answers...

It's under "Weather" not "Clock".
I've got a Samsung Galaxy Note 3 running Lollipop 5.0.1 under AT&T with a patterned screenlock; since the Lollipop update, my "Weather" widget randomly disappears from the area it's on - by disappears, I mean the graphics sort of fall behind the background.

If I press and hold that area where I know it was, it will vibrate, act as though it's still there and I get the drop down menu to remove it. Occasionally it re-appears on it's own, but I normally have to remove and re-add it. This has happened since I upgraded to Lollipop 5.0.1; since the widgets are Samsung's domain, they're the ones that need to fix it.

I assume this is also what you've experienced. I've found it happening on other Samsung Note 3's - this is not fixed by FDR & re-update; this is a software problem where the widget sinks under the background.

Lynn - How do you like the S6? I've been holding off on upgrading in hopes of the price dropping. I currently have the S3, so going to the 6 is a big jump.

Re: O have the date and time on my samsung galaxy core 2, but have lost the place and tempreture

I had to install the weather widget. Go to the settings and turn the setting off and on. Perhaps to initiate the location. It disappeared when I activated the widget and reappeared with the right weather when I switched the setting off and on like a breaker fuse.

THANK YOU SO MUCH VAUX! It was driving me crazy. I even downloaded another weather app but I wanted what I had. It actually came with my phone default settings. Just thank you for taking the time to help me&others. I'm not very tech savvy. Peach&love
