So since I've upgraded to GB, my LED doesn't seem to work. Is there a fix for this? Everything else works fine. And I did do multiple wipes prior to installing gb.

Same issue here...

Are we missing a setting perhaps? I will dig a little deeper...

Nope...no settings for it at all.

Will try a 3rd party LED app to see if it comes back to life...

My LED blinks pure white sometimes, handcent LED settings has no effect and neither did a 3rd party app I tried.

This might have something to do with the button backlights being way too bright.

Blink app not working, but Light Flow at least lit it up.

Testing at this time...

I'm doing a little digging as well. Hopefully we can figure it out, pretty annoying not having a LED notification light.

Light Flow seems to work as long as the screen is off. I seem to now be getting multiple LED colors even though only one notification should be working....

Still investigating...

yeah, this is bothering me. It works for my Gmail (using Gmail Notifier) but not much else.

We really need to find a fix for this...it doesn't seem like everyone is having the same issue.

I thought the same thing when working on Gingerbread yesterday, and I found that if I had the phone unlocked and using it no LED, but if my phone is locked and screen dimmed LED was working normally, anyone find the same?

Also glad to see you joined me in jumping from Apex to GB Miami ;)

I've tried it with my phone both locked and unlocked and I am still not getting an LED notification.

This is weird - I just got a gmail and the LED was blinking green like usual, but I did get the white blinker for K-9 notifications this morning when I woke up. I'll monitor this for sure.

Funny, my led is working just fine but my hard keys will not light up at all. Any body else experiencing this?

The LED issue is a strange one. SMS Popup alerts me properly with the corresponding color I chose, but Gmail isn't for some reason. As a matter of fact, I don't think Gtalk, or missed calls are alerting me either.

Okay, I think I've nailed the source of MY problems, I can't really comment on anyone else's. but I was using the "auto unlock" shortcut for my switch widget app. That particular function doesn't really play nice with GB at the moment.

Sometimes even when I had the lock screen disabled, it would still lock at times. I don't think GB notifies you if your screen is already active when the notification comes through, and I'm assuming (<--key word) that using a 3rd party app to disable the lockscreen whether it works or not, tricks the OS into thinking the screen is active. Once I stopped doing that, I noticed my LED worked as normal. Even when using Gmail notifier and SMS popup to take advantage of the different color LEDs

Another conflict is with SMS popup. I had this set up to turn on my screen when a SMS that I assigned a popup comes through, Whenever that happened, even if I didn't mark it as read by responding to or closing, I wouldn't get the LED. However, once I disabled the "turn screen on" feature, the light functioned as normal.

So in short, it seems that if your screen is on at the time the notification comes through, you WON'T get the LED.
