Lost memory of ram after update android 5.0 in galaxy s5

hi...
i'm from malaysia..after updating my galaxy s5 to android 5.0 through kies.Before that my galaxy s5 was kitkat 4.4.2...my phone ram still etc..1.02/1.99 gigs.but now etc..1.10/1.67gigs..just realized that my phone lost at least 300mb of ram.!!
Did anyone had same problem like me ?

It might be one of two things: 1. bad RAM reporting from the OS, or 2. the OS needs more RAM than the previous version. This might be due to TouchWiz.

I think the OS requires more RAM.

OS (Lollipop 5.0) will use more ram because it has switched over to ART from Dalvik...
