lost motocast?

Hi,
I seem to have lost the desktop icon to motocast. Do I have to do a hard reset to get it back?I can still access it via the files app, but there used to be an icon for it.

Any suggestions?

Check to see if hide it.

***EDIT: You can view your hidden apps by going to your app list, then click on the Menu button, then select "Hidden apps"

I have never had a desktop icon. Motocast shows up under My files or under My Gallery.

Exactly. Go to My Files or look in the Gallery for the MotoCast button to access your pc.
