Android Central Question
Recently sent my Huawei P20 Pro away for repair. A few months prior to this I bought extra space in the Huawei cloud (this was when I changed from my P10 to a P20) so that I could back up more pictures. I know this worked and the photos were being backed up.
I have just got my P20 Pro back from repair and restarted it and all of my notes, apps and recordings have been synced and are appearing but my gallery is completely empty. The pictures that were backed up from my P10 aren't appearing and nor are any of the pictures I took before the P20 broke.
Despite this it is still saying that 21.8GB of gallery data is stored to the cloud. How come this isn't showing up on my phone? Please help. A lot of memories are in those pictures and I'd really really love to get them back.
