Hello. After I replaced the battery and USB flex cable in my Huawei P20 Pro phone I wasn’t able to turn it on normally. Instead I get a dark screen only with time, date, weather, and the alarm seems to work but when I press the fingerprint sensor I only get the message “Fingerprint suspended. Try again in x seconds.” Phone wont turn off, instead it restarts. Nor can I turn on safe mode.
I injected a bit of alcohol under the battery to soften the adhesive. Did it damage the phone or there is loose wire, or something else?
