Lost my non-Market Application settings...

My company installed AirWatch on my phone so that I can sync in our company email & such. Now I keep getting a message popping up asking me to change my settings to allow non-Market installations. I go to Menu-Settings-Applications where that option is supposed to be listed, but the option is no longer there. It used to be at the top of this menu page.

So my questions are: 1) Has anyone else seen this and fixed it? 2) Is there a way to re-load the OS to get it back if there is not a way to "fix" it?

Could be something that your compant did to ensure the security of the phone. Did you ask them? Also, I'm not on GB anymore, but I remember that setting being in Settings/Security, not Applications.
