Lost pull down menu

[AC Question]

I recently upgraded marshmallow on my Samsung s5,but I lost my pull down menu,where I had shortcuts for wifi,screen rotation etc.can't find any information as to how to get it back

It doesn't come down at all when you swipe down on the screen? Try a cache partition wipe. It doesn't erase any of your data. Here are the instructions: https://support.t-mobile.com/docs/DOC-10683
