Lost Samsung Pass saved accounts

Hi,

so I logged out my Samsung Cloud account and then logged back in.

Then I realised all my Samsung Pass stored account infos were gone all of them except Paypal (very weird, i had like more than 20).

I've noticed that on "Synced Apps" on Samsung Cloud, I dont have Samsung Pass on the list anymore, I am sure it was there before, so it might have something to do with my passwords having disappeared. Did they take Samsung Pass out of Samsung Cloud Synch Apps?

EDIT: SAMSUNG PASS IS BACK ON SYNCED APPS AND IT HAS SYNCHED BUT ACCOUNTS STILL NOT SHOWING, oh well, think ive lost them for good

Did you go setting>biometric>Samsung pass ?

yes, i even have the icon in the apps screen too

Mine syn with Samsung cloud

When you sign into Samsung pass you go upper right corner tap do you see your account signed in ?

yes, mine syncs with Samsung Cloud too, for a while it wasn't showing on Samsung Cloud, then it did. Also it says Last syced (minutes ago) I clicked sync now.

And yes, im logged in on Samsung Pass, I don't get it, plus all the accounts were removed but Paypal, only one I have left.

That is strange, did you sign in with different account name?

nope, I only have one Samsung account and yes its weird :S
