Lost Sound After taking video

Ive notice (happened twice) that I have completely lost sound. The first time I wasnt sure but I think it happened after I had taken a video but it was early in the am and dont remember the last thing i had done. Recently though I was taking pics and vids and then went back to use my phone and noticed i was not hearing any of my notifications. I tried to change the volume but that did nothing and i never hear the confirmation sound as i slid it up and down. I had to take out the battery the first time, the second i killed all the apps and randomly after 10-20min it came back.

Anyone else losing sound at random times? Any ideas?

Have you made sure to uncheck the box that says "Use Incoming call volume foe notification" under Settings/Sound and Display/Ringer Volume because if you adjust the volume on one part of device it will change all other volume settings. I had this issue if I opened a video for play back and I want to decrease volume, when I go back to the camera or ringers will be real low... Starting to think that they need to find a way ti separate volumes for apps from the systems volumes because the settings they have now seems flawed..
