Lost video on Skype

I've got a stock Infuse and a Win 7 laptop. My daughter and husband each have an iPhone 4s. We can Skype between all devices. However, I cannot get video from my Infuse to her iPhone. The phone says "she can't see me as my video is turned off. Touch the video icon to turn it on" or something like that. So I touch the camera and she gets "initiating video" but it doesn't turn on. Any suggestions. And yes the app is up to date.
