Checked App Manager and it is disabled. There is no option to enable it. I am with Verizon and the phone is stock. I am assuming it is a Verizon App.

It is NOT disabled... the button that says "Disable" is greyed out... if it was disabled the button would say "Enable" and would not be greyed out.

It's enabled, you just need to put it on a homescreen so you can access it. I've got mine in the row of "permanent" apps at the bottom of the screen.

Looks like it is working. That is all it does is bring up the option to call your voice mail box.

Just called my cell phone from my home phone. I got a notifacation, swiped down to retrieve message and got the keyboard which said that my call cannot be completed as diald. On option to put in my 4 digit code.

Have you set up your voice mail? I had to initially dial into my voice mail and activate the pin option and say my name and such. Have you done that yet?

Yes. This voicemail did work, but not any more.

All the app does is simplify the process of dialing *86, which is the Verizon mobile voicemail access number. When you dial that it should reach your voicemail, which will prompt you for your PIN. Is that what happened, or something else?

OK It works if I type *86 then my 4digit code.I never had to dile *86 before. But thanks to all.
