Lost wireless charging.

Inexplicably I lost wireless charging on my 4xl. I am wondering if this might be a software bug. Google said that I should go to UbreakIfix but they are only taking appointments for December. Thoughts?

It's hard to say...could be software, could be hardware. Assume you have tried a few different wireless chargers? Have you tried charging in Safe Mode?

I have tried charging in safe mode without success. Also, tried various chargers. There is some good news here. Since the repair folks could not accommodate me, Google is sending me a brand new Pixel 4 xl. Now that is great customer service.
