Loud speaker volume issues

I have an A71 that is 2 years old. Recently cently I have had crackling when on loud and also sound going from hight to very low without any input from me.

I purchased a new loud speaker and swapped the old one out but the issue persists. I gave the phone a thorough clean before replacing the cover. I didn't see any obvious signs of damage.

Has anyone else had this issue?

No issues at all with headphones or over Bluetooth. No water damage either (as far as I'm aware) and the phone is in a protective, shockproof case.

In that case, I wonder if there's some problem with the connection to the speaker on the circuit board. That's probably something that would need attention from a professional technician.

You already tested it in Safe Mode?
