I like SwiftKey a lot but am really liking Google Keyboard lately. What a great keyboard! Haven't found any right thumb mis-hitting issues with that so perhaps put it on your "try" list.

Swiftkey. I resized the keyboard to fit my larger fingers. It is scary how well it learns to predict how I type.

I switched to Google keyboard about a week ago for this exact reason. Love it.

Also has a better dictionary and prediction.

SwiftKey has been great for me, could not get on with the Samsung keyboard and went back to my old faithful and haven't looked back.
