Low battery and interrupted process.

hi
when the battery level falls below 10% my tablet freezes.
The error is shown "Low battery interrupted process"
which may be the reason?

Its happening all the time, when ever battery reach 10% ?

no, but always when the battery is low. between 9% and 15%, always.
The tablet is rooted.

I have to send it for repair or try to re-install the firmware?
