Low Charge Current Alert Missing

I used to receive a Low Charge Current alert
when connecting my phone to a low current source
(such as a laptop).

Somehow I deactivated the alert/warning.
It was useful - How do I reactivate it?

Go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu>Show System, and look at the Notifications option for Android System or similar system apps -- see if you can find that option to enable.

Otherwise, go to Settings>Apps, tap Menu, then Reset All App Preferences.

Thanks B.Diddy - I looked at all system apps and I could not find any with blocked notifications.

I'm going to hold off with "Reset All App Preferences" for the moment.
I'll continue hunting and hoping for a solution.
