Low High Beep

When ever I make a call I get a low-high beep just before I hear it ringing. I though that it was a call connect tone, but I looked in my settings and I realized that I do not have that option selected.

Anyone have any suggestions for me?

Do you or a neighbor have a network extender? Try dialing #48 and see if you hear anything.

Ya know what, I totally forgot. The low-high tones only happen while I am at work which has a network extender. I tried the #48 from home and no beeps as well as call my home phone and no beeps. So, I guess it is narrowed down to the network extender that is at my work.

Why does it do that?

Not sure exactly why, just a function that let's you know you are under network extender coverage
